Joy Sullivan Gulf Coast Rentals

Our little boutique rental company started in 2015, in order to better serve the owners and guests with a more personal touch and better service than some of the larger companies are able to offer. We want our guests to feel like they have arrived in the perfect place with the ability to call upon us when they need us. We offer what we call one-on-one service of excellence! We are all locals and know the Gulf Coast so we can better serve you! We are happy to guide you with the different events, restaurants, shopping, entertainment venues or just to answer a questions you might have about our area. Laura Anderson is the Office Administrator for Joy Sullivan Realty as well as the Rental Property Manager. She has over 20 years experience in property management, and is available for any questions you might have concerning the rental company! Lisa Johnson is our Rental Coordinator for Joy Sullivan Gulf Coast Rentals and an Alabama real estate agent with Joy Sullivan Realty. She can assist you with all aspects of the rental and answer any and all questions you might have!

The story behind our Seahorse

When I started my real estate business in this area, I went on the hunt for the perfect symbol that would represent our love of the beach as well as our lifelong dedication to our clients. I have a passion for horses and was hoping to somehow fit them into my daily life when I stumbled upon a seahorse and became enchanted. There were so many unique traits that match up with our mission as a company.

-Seahorses mate for life – we try to create lifelong bonds with our clients.

-Seahorses prefer to swim in pairs with their tails linked together – this reminded me of my team as we work together and support one another. I have an amazing team and we love working together.

-Seahorses also never stop eating – okay, not flattering, but we do love to eat!

-Seahorses propel themselves using a small fin on their back that flutters up to 35 times per second- When it comes to serving our clients - we move just as fast.

Bottom line? Clients of the Joy Sullivan Team are with us, and we are with you- for life. Often, our property buyers are from other areas of the country, and may need someone locally to help them find contractors and handymen, handle keys, buy a new coffee pot for their unit, or even find new bedding - YOU name it, and we are there!
