The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, a flat screen TV, a spacious closet and sliding glass doors that lead directly to the balcony. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower with a granite vanity with new fixtures throughout. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, armoire and large closet for your storage needs. The third bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a dresser & large closet. Each bedroom has its own television & ceiling fan. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, granite vanity & new fixtures. The balcony is very spacious with 2 loungers, a coastal bar height tete-a-tete set, and a picnic style table & chairs where your family can share a meal while enjoying the beautiful sunsets on the Gulf Coast!

Additional amenities include a full-size washer & dryer, sleeper sofa, combo coffee maker with pod or drip brewing, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, DVD player & board games. The property at Summer House includes a split-level outdoor pool with a spacious sun deck & covered gazebo by the beach. Adjacent to the building there is an indoor pool with an oversized hot tub and a well-equipped fitness center. The indoor pool, hot tub & fitness room is located to the left as you arrive at the complex in a separate building. You can also enjoy the tennis courts, a putting green, a kid's playground, a basketball court & BBQ grill. Your rental includes 2 parking passes that will be on the counter upon your arrival. This vacationers dream is conveniently located within walking distance of shops & restaurants and just a short drive from Waterville USA, The Gulf Shores Zoo, The Track Recreation Center and the Wharf.

This was our 4th time to vacation at Orange Beach. This condo was absolutely adorable and super clean. Great location and you are lucky to have found it while searching for condos in Orange Beach. It has beautiful views! It was stocked with anything you needed. They were great when it came to communication. We absolutely loved everything about it. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo! It was so nicely decorated. This was our 4th time to Orange Beach and we loved how nice and clean this condo was. It had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The master bed was a plus as well, very comfortable. Being right on the water was perfect and the views were amazing! We especially enjoyed the green grass on the property to avoid some sand and throw the football or run and play. If you find this little gem consider yourself lucky. Nice clean condos are hard to find and pictures can be deceiving. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Orange Beach!

We cannot say enough about this property we rented!! From the ease of booking and Chelsie taking time to give us "extra" suggestions to make our stay at Orange Beach was perfect! The moment we walked into the Summer House Condo we felt they had paid attention to detail in every room and even made us feel welcome from the lights on and fireplace going! We looked at hundreds of condos from Miramar Beach to Gulf Shores before settling on Summer House 305B. We definitely made the right choice because it was perfect! The condo was absolutely spotless, nicely decorated, very comfortable, and had a killer view from the large balcony. The condo was very homey, with nice touches such as a handheld mirror and a vanity organizer in the bathroom. The condo was right across the street from Walmart, Publix, Moe's BBQ, and more, plus centrally located to pretty much anything you need. We had such a nice time and Chelsie was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this condo and we will most certainly be back!

The condo is very nice. We had no issues. Very close to the beach and pool and the balcony view was amazing. My husband could not be out in the heat due to medical issues and could lay on the couch and see the beach.
