This beautiful 2-bedroom 2 bathroom is located down West Beach and has views of the beach as well as the Little Lagoon. You will enjoy a very spacious outdoor pool and a separate hot tub area. The swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts and Shuffleboard area have a great view of the Little Lagoon. Fun for the entire family!

You will have private deeded access to the beach which is just a walk across the street. With this unit being located in a less busy area of Gulf Shores, crossing the street will be a breeze. You are minutes from the many restaurants in the area as well as the entertainment venues!

You can sleep a total of 7 guests in this spacious 2-bedroom condominium. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and private shower/bath combination. The second bedroom will have a set of twin bunks and a regular twin bed, which will sleep 3 people total. The living room will come with addition queen sized sofa bed that will sleep 2 more guests. Every room comes with a tv. The hallway has a stackable washer and dryer and a full-size guest bathroom. The dining room seats 4 comfortably. The open kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, Refrigerator with freezer, a regular and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, skillets and all utensils and dishes.

With 2 piers on the property, you can bring your fishing gear and fish right off of into the Little Lagoon!! You can bring your boat and trailer and pay a small fee to park on the property and also tie up to the pier if you need to! (First come first serve) There are also picnic tables and charcoal grills in the pool area for grilling after a day at the beach! If you need to clean your fish, there is a cleaning station as well.

You must be 25 years of age to book the unit and you must be present at the condo during the stay.
