New to the Rental Market!! You will enjoy this cozy beach front condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores!

The location is irresistible!! Take a long walk on the gorgeous white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama. As soon as you walk in the door you have a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico right from your beach front balcony.

LOCATION!! You are close to all the souvenir shops and restaurants in Gulf Shores such as Pappa Roccos, The Steamer, Pink Pony on the beach, The Hangout, as well as a short drive to the Zoo, Waterville and the Track, which are great family adventures!

You are only .5 miles from the Gulf State Park where you can ride bikes or walk the trails and see all kinds of wildlife! Enjoy that morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening from your private balcony as you enjoy our beautiful white sand beaches.

The main bedroom includes a king bed and your own private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, while the twin bunks are located in the hallway, along with the stackable washer and dryer and second full bathroom, which also comes with a tub/shower combination. You will have a queen sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 2 additional guests. Your kitchen will come with all the standard appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and all the dishes and cookware needed for your stay. All sheets and towels are provided. You will need to bring any beach towels needed for your stay. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

**Beach Restoration will be going on during the week of November 20-27. The beach will be closed in front of the building.
