Bay Front Home With Private Beach on Perdido Bay! AMAZING VIEWS!!!

Nestled on a quiet peninsula overlooking beautiful Perdido Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway in the Josephine community. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath offers the perfect place for any vacation getaway or wedding! The best of both worlds is at your pleasure of a tranquil waterfront setting as well as the convenience of walking out to the beach from your back yard. We provide 3 kayaks for you to enjoy the up close and personal experience with the Dolphins!! Also provided is a hammock, gas grill, outdoor blue tooth solar speaker and a firepit for use on your stay!!!

BOATS WELCOME! There is a post to tie your boat to and walk in about 50' from shore!!!!

Perdido Bay is a brackish water with a sandy bottom, that's perfect for swimming, skiing and tubing. If you wish, bring your cast net and fishing rods for that perfect fish dinner. Great place for relaxing, walking, bicycling or just fishing from the beach!

Enjoy sitting on the swing watching the sunrise on the bay, or just lounge in the back yard while grilling your fresh catch of the day! The kitchen is well stocked for all of your cooking needs. The counter height bar seats 4 in addition to the dining table for 6. As an added bonus, there's also an outdoor half bath and outdoor shower for rinsing after a day of swimming or just cooling off! Stream your favorite channels with the Roku televisions in every room.

Full Sized Washer and Dryer available for all your washing needs. Lots of views from the surrounding windows so you can enjoy the sights from any room! There is NO elevator in this home for those of you who will need that amenity!!

If crowds are what you need, the Gulf of Mexico, with its' sugar white sandy beaches, is just a short drive away. The faster pace of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is close, but not too close, and offers great restaurants, sightseeing, attractions and shopping. Pontoon and speed boats are available for rent and fishing boats can be chartered for offshore and in shore trips at many of the marinas. Parasailing, Dolphin tours and sailing are also available. If shopping is your thing, the Tanger Outlet is just a short 20-minute drive away into Foley.

We stayed here with our family for the spring break week. This is truly a hidden gem and the property is much better than what the picture shows. We enjoyed the beach front property and the walk along the woods. We were even able to spot dolphins and deer.

We made a good choice as we were away from the tourist rush by the Orange beach and Gulf shores. Can’t wait to be back here again!!

The Baydreamer is truly a special place! So much so - after a seven night stay - we decided to renew our reservation and stay another seven nights. The private beached access right off the back porch is priceless. The shallow waters allowed our young children to play all day in the water without giving us parents a worry (like we would at a public beach). Fantastic views of Perdido Bay from the back of the house, coupled with the perfect blend of Baldwin County live oaks on the scenic drive in. The open floor plan of the house was great too! We WILL come back!
