Welcome to the HEART of Orange Beach Alabama! A boater's DREAM!! You have Cotton Bayou which flows into the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding waterways and the beach is right across the street!!

This fabulous waterfront condo at Cotton Bayou sleeps 12 comfortably. You will be located on the second and third level of the building. Your sleeps arrangements will include 2 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds on the main level. Upstairs you have a loft with 2 full size beds, and one king bedroom off the loft, with a full bath for both to share. The upstairs bathroom is very spacious and has a large vanity area for getting ready and comes with a walk-in shower and large closet area. The 2 full bathrooms downstairs come with a shower/tub combination. Your kitchen comes fully equipped with all your dishes, blender, glassware, utensils, silverware, pots and pans, skillets and a regular coffee maker.

The master bedroom and living room have their own entry to the balcony that overlooks Cotton Bayou. You can enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the boats go by, and you might even get the excitement of seeing the dolphins play!

This quaint complex provides a beautiful expansive swimming pool area as well as tennis courts for your enjoyment while on your stay. The community tiki bar is an added extra for your enjoyment while sunning by the pool. For that griller in the family, there are charcoal grills located by the pool area for your convenience.

This is a boater and fisherman's dream vacation!! You have access to dock your boat right there at the property! The boat cannot be more than 38 ft. with a minimum clearance of 1 ft on each side. There is a small fee to lease the dock space on your trip and will be taken care of at the management office once you arrive. You will have 2 covered parking spots under the building as well as access to 1 other guest parking spot on the property for a small fee.
