Wonderful long weekend visit! Relatively clean (under sofas and bed had a couple pieces of trash), tv was a little glitchy. However, Unit was nice with everything you could need for a vacation except your swimsuit and beach towel! It was convenient to the wonderful pool with lots of seating and shady areas as well as sunny, right on the beach and plenty of restaurants. It is a quiet area with not a lot of action going on - which was very nice for us. We would book this unit again.

It was a very pleasant time. A few suggestions is to replace the shower curtin and rod in the master sweet. I would suggest a curved shower rod as the shower is smaller which is fine, but this would give it a bigger feel and make it easier and more enjoyable to shower in. I would change the bulbs to a brighter led bulb like a 6000k for a brighter feel. But overall I would do it again just the way it was because it was still really nice.

Family Friendly Rental in Great Location

Our family of four rented this unit for seven days. The unit is perfectly situated in the middle of the building on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean and the pool. You seriously can't beat the view from the balcony. Beach chair/umbrella service is right next to the beach access gate. We rented two chairs and an umbrella at $125 for three days. You can take your own chairs and umbrella if you wish. The pool was refreshing after being in the ocean. There were several families with kids our age there to play with. The restaurants are within a short drive. Pro tip: go to an early dinner (between 3-5pm) because popular restaurants get crowded and the wait can be 1+. We had a delicious and reasonably priced seafood dinner at The Shrimp Basket. We spent a decent amount of time across the street at Souvenir City, they have lots of touristy nick-knacks and t-shirts. Our favorite local attraction Adventure Island. The unit itself was very clean and spacious; the beds/couches are very comfortable. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. Elevators were timely. The only issue was kitchen space. Since we cooked most of our meals, we'd purchased a weeks worth of groceries, but cabinets are stocked to the brim with worn and redundant kitchenware. There wasn't a square inch available to store food. I'm sure the management team (who were very easy to work with and responsive) will remedy. The VRBO listing description is accurate in that there are basic supplies provided so be sure to buy toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags upon arrival. There is a well stocked Dollar General close by. Pros VRBO listing don't mention are the beach/pool toys, board games, puzzles, and books in the unit. These were a BIG hit with our family. Another feature that we kept talking about was the high quality of the balcony furniture. At night the moon comes over the ocean and you do not want to miss it! I definitely recommend staying here and plan to return next summer.

Overall Comment
On arrival the the rental was ready and available as promised. Everything was clean and cool. My only let down was the parking fee. My son left his phone with one email to them I was able to locate it and them send it back. Loved that they were willing to go above and beyond for me. The customers service aspect is worth every penny and experience. I will be renting again AHS STATE CHAMPS 2 YEARS RUNNING. See ya next year ��������������

The condo we rented was in wonderful shape. The location was perfect and very easy to get to. This was our second trip to this location and we have not been disappointed either time with the accommodations or the experience we have had with the owners or staff. We hope to visit the Ocean House again in the future.

The condo was excellent. Location was great, the balcony view was very nice. The condo was well stocked. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The hot water for showers was excellent. We will definitely rent this condo again.
