This beautifully updated second floor, 3-bedroom 2 bath condo comes with a king bed in the master bedroom with private entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed, and the third bedroom comes with a double bed and a set of double bunks. You have a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker. You also have an under-counter ice maker!

This deluxe, beachfront condo sleeps 11 and features a private, furnished balcony, a luxurious living and dining area, and an expansive, well-equipped kitchen with entertaining space. When it's time to step out and have some fun, Summer House offers a variety of top-notch amenities including shared indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sun deck, grilling area, kids playground, fitness room and basketball hoops. The property is also conveniently close to local restaurants and shops. The indoor pool, hot tub & fitness room is located to the left as you arrive at the complex in a separate building.

You have your local Wal-Mart Marketplace just up the road, as well as Rouses, Publix and other boutiques for fun shopping!! Less than three miles up the coast, discover fine dining, and a full-featured marina offering opportunities for deep sea fishing, diving, and other watersports, all at SanRoc Cay Marina or Zeke's Marina. For a day of outdoor adventure, hike or cycle the miles of trails that wind throughout nearby Alabama Gulf State Park. And find fun, family-friendly attractions at places like Adventure Island, less than a mile away, and Waterville USA, only six miles from this rental. So many things to do on the Gulf Coast!!

Nice beach get away

Overall Comment

We had a very nice trip overall. The rental was clean and nicely furnished. The outdoor pool was great and the beach lovely.
Two small reservations were that the pull out mattress with the bunk bed had a stain and appeared soiled. My other concern was the indoor pool was apparently not open when we were there. I had intentionally picked this location for that option in case of bad weather. We didn't have any prolonged bad weather so it did not become a significant issue.

Everything was clean but the floors, they were very dirty. Other than that my family and I have no complaints. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as described. Directly on the beach which made for getting there and back with all our gear super easy. Also amazing to sit on the porch and look out at the gulf. The condo was clean and maintained well. Great water pressure :) We walked to the grocery store, ice cream and beach store. The pool was big enough for the property so it was never over crowded. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! It fit our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids ages 11 year down to 6 months) well and it met the wants we had which was a clean condo that overlooked the beach with easy access to the water. We loved having meals on the balcony while we overlooked the ocean, the kitchen was functional and well stocked for doing most of the cooking at the condo, and the beds were comfortable. Joy Sullivan and her staff were friendly and accessible leading up to our stay and during our stay. If we vacation in Orange Beach again we would definitely want to stay here!

The condo was great. Very clean and accommodating. The pool area was very nice! Beach was wonderful and much needed therapy! Our youngest guest, 3 years old, had a fun first beach experience. I would definitely recommend this condo for families needing a beach vacation!
