Your Summer House on Romar Beach offers a beach front 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with fabulous views of the white sand beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama!!

Your condo is located on the 3rd floor and is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath condo sitting right on the beach where you can watch the mesmerizing sunsets right from your balcony. The living room comes with a large sectional with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico! The master bedroom comes with a king bed, the second bedroom will have a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom will have a set of full-sized bunk beds, a twin trundle and a full-size bed for those extra family members or guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with a regular and Keurig coffee maker. You have fabulous balcony furniture so you can enjoy your amazing views! You can access the balcony from the living room or master bedroom. The living area will have a 65" TV and all the bedrooms have their own TV, with free WIFi and Internet for every guest!


These white sand beaches are perfect for relaxing, swimming, walking or playing. You are only allowed 2 parking spaces max that will be in the condo upon your arrival. In addition, you are in walking distance to shops, restaurants and just a drive from the popular "Hangout". Among the many attractions in the Gulf Shores area are Waterville USA, The Gulf Shores Zoo, The Track Recreation Center and the Wharf. And don’t forget the awesome seafood the Gulf coast has to offer!

Uber and Lyft are also available if you decide you don't want to drive your own car around!

Exceptional amenities at Summer House include a split-level pool with a spacious sundeck and covered gazebo by the beach. There's also a heated indoor pool with an oversize hot tub, lighted tennis courts and a well-equipped fitness center to help keep you on your game while you're on vacation. The kids have a play area as well as a place to shoot some hoops!! The indoor pool, hot tub & fitness room is located to the left as you arrive at the complex in a separate building.
