Nothing by luxury with this 5000+ square ft condo & 8000 sq ft balcony!!!

Turquoise Place features accommodations for every occasion with 2 stunning, high-rise glass towers overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Discover upscale features like never before, with this pristine & very spacious 7 bedroom, 5.5 bath penthouse condominium. This unit is located on the 23rd floor of the D tower & features a fully equipped chef ready kitchen with wolf & subzero appliances, standalone ice makers, wet bar, a wraparound island bar that seats 10 & a newly added Ritmuler Baby Grand Piano! Your expansive 8000 sq ft private balcony's equipped with a private hot tub(being replaced at the moment) & outdoor kitchen. Lots of seating to enjoy the beautiful sights or you can relax in the loungers during the day for some great sun!

Two of the beach front master bedrooms have breathtaking views of the Gulf with floor to ceiling windows! The theater/media room is in the center of the condo & has tons of seating & surround sounds you will love!

This exquisite ONLY 7-bedroom condo at the Turquoise, sleeps 30 comfortably, so it is ideal for large families, groups, or corporate retreats!

The main master suite has a king bed, desk, and private bathroom, that is quite spacious, and comes with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath tub, private toilet area and a bidet'. There was a portion of the master closet constructed into a bunk room with 2 triple bunks with a door to access the bunk room from the hallway and the master bathroom. The master suite is surrounded by windows to see the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico! The second master bedroom has a king and queen bed, private bath with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath tub, and walk in closet, which also has access to the beach front balcony. The single queen room has a triple twin bunk, private bathroom with tub/shower combination & a constructed bunk room that sleeps another triple twin bunk, with access from the hallway. The double queen bedroom has a triple bunk and access to the balcony with a private bathroom that encompasses a walk-in shower.

The 7th bedroom is a mother-in-law suite, which is just across the hall from the main area of the Penthouse. It comes with a king bed, its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, wet bar, mini fridge & sitting area that overlooks Cotton Bayou and much of the City of Orange Beach. It doesn't come with any cooking abilities. It also comes with a sitting area for reading, watching TV or just relaxing.

Although this is a 7-night minimum for most of the year, if you have a special occasion that requires you to book for less, please give us a call!

Turquoise Place offers some of the finest accommodations available on the Gulf Coast. Amenities include 3 outdoor pools, heated lazy river, 2 indoor heated pools, spacious sun deck, pool side bar & grill (offers breakfast & lunch year round), kiddie pool, outdoor playground for the kids, 2 tennis courts, sauna/steam room, 2 state of the art fitness centers, free wi-fi, & front desk services. The penthouse at Turquoise Place was amazing! It was very clean and well stocked. My family had a great vacation despite some rainy weather. The condo itself is so large; we all had space to relax separately but also to gather and play games or have meals. The kids really liked the indoor pool and the daily activities the resort staff provided. You really cannot find a better place in Orange Beach!

Extended family spring break week

Overall Comment

We chose this property for a spring break week with our children and grandchildren. There were many bedrooms and beds to choose from and everyone was happy. The unit is beautiful and absorbed the eleven of us without feeling crowded. The location is fabulous and the overall Turquoise Place was a great place to spend a week. We loved the beach and even on the rainy day there was lots to keep the children entertained. I didn’t think we would use the media room, but I should have known that was the favorite spot for the grandkids. They loved the lazy river on the sunny days and the indoor pool on the blustery days. The rental process through VRBO was easy and efficient and the response from the management staff was great. Check in was a breeze. We had a wonderful week.

The property was as presented in online photos. Was clean and well maintained. Great location. Management provided great customer service. My only recommendation is to put something like a sliding barn door on the two rooms they added bunk beds to so the noise from living room is reduced. The kitchen and family room area are great for large families to hang out. I would recommend this property.

This condo is amazing.The description does not do it justice, it is everything described and more! We were there during hurricane IDA. The communication with Chelsie was great, she was able to answer any questions we had about the condo, the area and preparation's for the hurricane. We would highly recommend both this condo and booking through Joy Sullivan Gulf Coast Rentals. We cant wait to come back down again..

2021 Covid vacation

We are a small family of 8 including grandchildren and great grandchildren. We normally find a house on the beach however with a new 15 month old addition to our family the amenities at the Turquoise Place really turned out to be a blessing to all of us. Everything about the experience was easy and painless. We did have to childproof sone of the nice glass furnishings when we arrived however that was pretty easy. We had a very enjoyable time in a very nice penthouse.
